Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged
  • Defective or non-working item received

Customers must report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the parcel.


Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included
  • Clear pictures or videos of the issue may be required for verification
  • Exchange requests made after the allowed time may not be accepted

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items may not qualify for exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Physical or water-damaged items
  • Used accessories or gadgets
  • Products without original packaging

Warranty Products

Products that include official brand warranty will be handled according to the brand’s warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Burnt or broken products caused by misuse

Return Policy

Tekzox currently does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted in cases where the delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Exchange Process

  2. Share your order details along with issue images/videos
  3. Our team will verify the claim
  4. Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided

Shipping Costs

  • Customers may need to bear exchange shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.
  • Tekzox is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
